Shipping Policy

Most orders processed up until 1:30 PM EST will ship that same day on business days.  Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on a U.S. holiday will be shipped the following business day.  USA orders usually arrive within 3 - 7 days depending on carrier delays.  

Any delays due to weather or carrier issues are out of our control. 

For one-time orders within the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies unless the order total reaches $50 or more, qualifying for free shipping. International orders are subject to country-specific shipping rates calculated at checkout.  Delivery time can vary greatly by carrier and destination country. 

All Subscribe & Save orders ship free, regardless of the order amount, unless a specific offer states otherwise. Subscribe & Save is currently only available in the USA. 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. It is up to international customers to ensure their order complies with local import laws. Contact your customs office for any restrictions.
